Beyond coaching: we examine leadership of your life for these times, support nervous system capacity, evaluate purpose and relationships, decision-making, and the deeper patterns shaping how you move through the world.  Meaningful transformation is never imposed from outside — my role is not to determine your path, but to help build the bridge back to your own wisdom, capacity, and inner authority.

A core private engagement for the woman and/or LBTQI+ leader ready to make the passage — fully, and to the other side. 

** Best for the senior leader in burnout or identity shift who knows her/their old way of leading is over but doesn't yet know what comes next.

**A highly personalized 1:1 advisory engagement to restore capacity, strengthen nervous system regulation, and examine the patterns and identities that have shaped how you lead. I don't prescribe your next chapter — I help create the conditions in which you recognize it for yourself. And advise the changes necessary to release yourself from suffering towards freedom.

Small circles of high-level women and LBTQI+ leaders who are ready to reclaim their ancestral wisdom and intuition. This is a space that honors indigenous wisdom without appropriating it.

 

And I hold one firm boundary, in service of the container: this work touches body and spirit, never bypassing either. I work with leaders who hold themselves accountable — to themselves, and to the people who work for and alongside them.

 

**Seasonal, meets 4x/year. Minimum 5 participants to light up the Fire Circle. Investment customized by scope. 

Month-Long Facilitated Individualized Plant, Fire, Water, Land, or Earth Initiation rooted in South American Vegetalismo and Curanderismo.  

 

A deeply transformative journey where you enter or deepen your relationship with an individual plant or element in order to develop a deep relationship with its teachings and energetic actions. Held in ceremony and tended day by day until its medicine takes root in your heart and spirit.
